Generate Employee Reports
This option allows you to generate different kinds of employee list reports. Each report is presented with a radio button next to it followed by a list of various options/filters in the lower grid of the screen. Based upon the radio button selected, the appropriate parameters for that report are displayed in the lower grid of the screen. The report can be exported or printed in supported formats as desired.

Generate a Database Ranking Report
This option allows you to generate the Database Ranking report based on the criteria you define. The report displays the rank of each employee.
- Select Reports from the Employees left-navigation menu.
- Select the Database Ranking Report radio button.
- Select a skill team from the Skill Team drop-down menu.
- Select a site from the Site drop-down menu.
- Select an employee team from the Employee Team drop-down menu.
- Select View
Report.

The report is displayed:

Generate an Availability Report
This option allows you to generate the Availability report for all the employees based on the criteria you define.
- Select Reports from the Employees left-navigation menu.
- Select the Availability Report radio button.
- Select a skill team from the Skill Team drop-down menu.
- Select an employee team from the Employee Team drop-down menu.
- Select a site from the Site drop-down menu.
- Select View Report.

The report is displayed:
Generate a Preference Report
This option allows you to generate the Preference Report based on the criteria you define. This report provides the preference details of all employees of the workgroup.
- Select Reports from the Employees left-navigation menu.
- Select the Preference Report radio button.
- Select a skill team from the Skill Team drop-down menu.
- Select an employee team from the Employee Team drop-down menu.
- Select a site from the Site drop-down menu (Note: Skill team, employee team, and site are the only options available for this report).
- Select View Report.

The report is displayed:
Generate an Exception Report
This option allows you to generate the Exception report for all the employees based on the criteria you define.
- Select Reports from the Employees left-navigation menu.
- Select the Exception Report radio button.
- Select a skill team from the Skill Team drop-down menu.
- Select a site from the Site drop-down menu.
- Select the employee from the Employee drop-down menu to print the report for a specific employee.
- Select an employee team from the Emp. Team drop-down menu.
- Select the sorting option you want to use from the Sort drop-down menu (Date, Exception Code).
- Select type of exceptions to include in the report from the Type drop-down menu.
- Select the starting date from the From Date drop-down menu and the ending date from the To Date drop-down menu.
- Select View Report.

The report is displayed:
Generate a Full Employee Report
This option allows you to generate the Full Employee report based on the criteria you define.
- Select Reports from the Employees left-navigation menu.

- Select the Full Employee Report radio button.
- Select a skill team from the Skill Team drop-down menu.
- Select a site from the Site drop-down menu.
- Select an employee team from the Employee Team drop-down menu.
- Select the starting date from the From Date drop-down menu and the ending date from the To Date drop-down menu.
- Select View Report.
