Work History Data is the work data details of the tasks handled, tasks abandoned, average talk time, after call work time, etc.  This data is mainly used for scheduling and forecasting purposes.   An integration to your ACD, CRM or another source of task-based data will automatically import this data into Monet.  However, situations may arise where this integration is not available or the data no longer resides in your system.  The most common example of this is the retention policy on your ACD. Most policies do not extend for more than 90 days.  Monet’s Import History feature allows you to import historical data for use in forecasting. This can be done when first setting up Monet, or to update the Monet system on an ongoing basis.  During the inital integration Monet recommends importing 5 weeks of history at minimum, but  a year or more of history is preferred. You can include multiple days and skills in each import file.  This module will explain how to import work history into Monet.
