View Schedule Adherence
Agents can view their schedule adherence performance.
To view your Schedule Adherence:
- Select My
Schedule Adherence
from the left navigation menu.
- Select a From and Todates in the calendars.
NOTE: The selection
range is limited to one week or less.
- Select View.
- Select the magnifying glass icon to view the details.
