Cumulative Ratio Default Calculation for Intra Day Management
The Intra Day Management module helps you adjust for unplanned events that require immediate action to ensure that service levels and key performance indicators are going to be met for the current day. Previously, the workforce manager had to manually set the intervals in the Auto-Cumulative Ratio Calculation. We can now set the Current Day Cumulative Ratio Default Setting from the opening hours of the workgroup time, up to the most recently completed interval.
Distinctive Day Forecast
You can create a Distinctive Day forecast that will account for the unique task volume that occurred historically with your business to help you achieve a more accurate forecast next time this event occurs.

Some highlights on the latest enhancements include: An improved method for historical date selection and charting of that data, enhanced landing page view and improved workflow, graphical ability to view the arrival pattern of the forecast before you generate it, improved Distinctive Day management, and up-front total day changes.

We’ve recently delivered some new reporting features: Agent status allows you to classify as being either "working or non-working" to provide Monet with the necessary information to determine your agents "Login and Logout" time. Then using our new "Login/Logout" and "Tardy/Early Out" reports, you can gather useful information on agent attendance while comparing it to the rosters within Monet.
