NOTE: This step can be used to define the number of part/full-time shifts in the schedules to be generated. If you do not want to define part/full­ time shifts, select No.

NOTE: If you select Yes, the system shows the number of full and part-time shifts applicable to the schedule. The default full/part-time shifts are generated by WFO Live. However, you can make changes and click Generate Schedule.

NOTE: The program does not allow you to enter a maximum for full-time or part-time shifts that is less than the total of the minimum column for full or part-time in the shift profile you are using to schedule. If you have specified minimums in your shift profile, WFO Live considers those as priority in its scheduling process. Therefore, the maximums of that type of employee (full or part-time) cannot be lower than the total of the minimums of that same type.
